Welcome to Jayne, a new apartment community at 360 Acoma St in Denver’s Historic Baker District. We’re glad you found us, and we’re excited to start sharing what life here looks like.

Why Baker?

Baker has long been one of Denver’s most characterful neighborhoods. Historic Victorian architecture sits alongside vintage boutiques, breweries, live music venues, and some of the city’s most interesting restaurants, much of it along the South Broadway corridor. At Jayne, you’re right in the middle of it. Washington Park, the Art District on Santa Fe, and downtown Denver are all a short ride away, and MSU Denver, CU Denver, and CCD are all within a couple of miles.

A home with a view

Jayne is a five-story community with 171 apartment homes, built in 2022. Choose from one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans that range from 511 to 1,098 square feet. Homes feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood-style flooring, in-home washers and dryers, and oversized windows with city and mountain views. Many homes also have a private patio or balcony.

Spaces to gather, work, and unwind

Our fifth-floor Baker Social Lounge has downtown and mountain views, and the study lounge on the same level offers individual work spaces. Outside, you’ll find a pool, an all-season spa, an entertainment courtyard with firepits and grilling areas, and an outdoor gaming lawn. There’s also a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor gear rental room, and a pet spa with outdoor recreation space for your four-legged neighbors.
